Schedule a Phone or Office Consultation
Dr. Madden works with some patients in person and some on the phone, depending on their individual health needs and problems. He can work with you over the phone because some of the health programs he deigns are based on the results of lab tests that can easily be done in your home.
Before your initial consultation, it will be determined whether an office or phone meeting is required. You must download the New
Patient Paperwork and Health Assessment Questionnaire, fill it out and then either fax, scan and email or send by regular mail. Dr. Madden will then have a chance to go over it and better determine what kind of consultation you will need.
During that first consultation, Dr. Madden will review your personal and family health history and either outline a treatment program or make recommendations for lab tests that are appropriate for your specific health issues. The initial test that he typically requires to measure the status of the Adrenals is a saliva test. Click for link to explain Saliva test and costs.
Additional tests that may be needed are stool or urine tests. Health programs are then based on the results of these lab tests that assess the functions of three main body systems; hormonal, digestive and detoxification.
Once the lab work has been completed, he will explain the meaning of your test results to you in a follow-up consultation. He will then create an individualized health program based on your specific lab results. This program may include one or more of the following: diet changes, nutritional supplements, exercise, lifestyle and stress management recommendations. Subsequent office visits are scheduled to monitor your progress and modify your program as you respond.
