How It Works.

1. Patient has initial consultation with Dr. Madden in person or on the phone after sending in new patient paperwork by mail, fax or email. Average cost $50-75 depending on how much time is spent. (30-45 minutes)
2. A saliva test kit is given or sent to the patient. If we’re checking the adrenal levels alone, the cost of the test is $145. If the test is checking the adrenal levels and the female and male hormone levels, the cost of the test is $240. Some insurances pay for it and some don’t. You will be given the insurance superbill paperwork to submit with insurance and diagnostic codes for all Dr. visits and tests upon request.
3. The saliva test is done in one day and returned via FedEx. It generally takes 5-7 days to complete and the results are returned to Dr. Madden.
4. The patient will then meet with Dr. Madden again either in person or on the phone for 30-45 minutes (average cost $50-75 depending on time spent) The patient’s results will be explained and a treatment plan will be given and explained. Natural plant-based supplements will be given to strengthen and balance adrenals and possibly hormone levels. Lifestyle, diet, exercise changes will be discussed and suggested to increase treatment programs success. Typical supplement cost for first month is $60-120 depending on individual needs.
5. Patient visits with Dr. Madden in a month and monthly thereafter to discuss results and change health plan if necessary as symptoms change or respond. (average cost $30-50 depending on time, 15-30 minutes) More supplements are given.
6. Typical treatment plan is 3-6 months if Stage 1 or 2 of Adrenal Exhaustion, 6-18 months if Stage 3.
7. Main treatment goal is to reduce/eliminate complaints and stabilize entire health system so that problems don’t reoccur and general health significantly increases.
